Ticketmaster is known for its ticket sales and distribution. Ticketmaster merged with Live Nation in 2010, and has since been known as Live Nation Entertainment. Ticketmaster puts immense focus on its fans and its entertainers - bringing a holistic approach to entertainment and cinema.
For one of Ticketmaster’s divisions, it was imperative to have its bundles, which fans receive when purchasing tickets to certain events, delivered in a timely manner. Prior to using the Everything Location solution, Ticketmaster dealt with shipping issues, unhappy customers and re-shipping costs.
